3D sculpture of a cave lion

For the exhibition “Les Savanturiers” of Museum Toulouse (October 2015 – June 2016), IMA Solutions made the 3D virtual reconstruction of the Lion Panthera leo spelea from the 3D scan of its skeleton housed at the Toulouse Natural History Museum.

In the interactive area called ‘The Ship” made by Les MACHINES à IMAGES, visitors will come face to face with the virtual lion.

This interactive device won the Heritage & Innovations RNCI 2016 prize in the Immersive Device category.
